Scrapco Metal Recycling, a family run business in Kent, has recently taken ownership of a new Kiverco waste recycling plant. Scrapco, which first started trading in scrap metal in 2006, has seen their more recent skip hire service grow rapidly. This meant that they required a new recycling system that would be flexible and could be adapted to accommodate further growth.
Having a small site doesn’t necessarily mean you can’t expand or find ways to make your waste recycling plant more efficient. Innovative solutions can be found to upgrade your existing processes without using up excess space in your yard or building, as storage space is often at a premium in most sites.
A recent project for Ground Waste Recycling in England, has highlighted how “no one size fits all” when it comes to Kiverco installations. The company approached Kiverco with quite specific requirements and it was up to the Kiverco team to get all of the elements to work well together.
The Kiverco Compact Density Separator (DS150) has impressed many people throughout its travels around Europe recently. The machine, which is also part of the popular Kiverco Compact range, took part in demonstrations in Denmark and France, operating alongside various other machines.

This renowned, long-lasting quality was evident during a recent recycling plant installation where the customer, Weir Waste, requested to incorporate their old Kiverco equipment with the new equipment being installed at their recycling plant at Oldbury.
