Like many waste processing companies throughout Europe, German company, Recycling Park Dorndorf Gmbh (RPD GmbH), were faced with some challenges due to the introduction of new legislation. They reacted by changing their technology to improve quality, ensuring their products would be of an acceptable standard for export and resale. This was achieved through the installation of a Kiverco recycling plant, where they were also able to increase capacity and the add a new fines product to their range, thereby increasing their profits.

This year, Remondis approached Kiverco with requirements to redevelop one of their Construction & Demolition Recycling facilities in Co. Durham which was previously owned by JBT Waste Service. Part of the brief was that they required a higher level of automation, wanted to reduce manpower and improve the quality of the job in the sorting and picking stations.

This week, recycling solutions provider, Kiverco, launch their modular Picking Station at Pol Eco System, Poland in partnership with their new distributor. With growing sales across Europe, Kiverco have recently expanded their European distributor network with the appointment of Arcon Polska.

Here at Kiverco, we are eagerly making preparations to unveil a new, innovative product on Stand B2, at Let’s Recycle Live on the 22nd-23rd May 2019.  This new machine will be a “game changer” for operators in the recycling market and will change the way companies process waste. Over the years, Kiverco’s product design has constantly evolved with the many changes in the marketplace and this new product has been designed to give operators a lot more versatility and encourage them to think differently about the equipment they use in the recycling process.

Over a year ago, Kiverco met with Sharp Skips to discuss their plans for increasing the efficiency and production of their waste business. One year on, and with a new Kiverco plant installed, we caught up with Terry Sharp (Managing Director) to find out how they are getting on...

In 2018, Kiverco were delighted to welcome Paul Carolan as their new General Manager. Paul has come from a background in Production and Operations Management. With a degree in Business & Languages, he began his career in Powerscreen and CDE before joining Keystone Lintels where he spent 16 years. While there, he was responsible for 200 employees and this provided him with invaluable experience in people management along with experience in various departments such as product development and continuous improvement.

A Norfolk-based skip hire company has chosen Finlay Plant Southern as its trusted partner to deliver a highly productive and convenient mobile waste recovery solution to power through volumes of material on site.

A Cheshire- based waste management company has opted for Kiverco plant since the appointment of the Finlay Group as a licensed hirer. Henshaws of Macclesfields has specified the Kiverco PS122 Picking Station for their 16-acre site along with a Terex Finlay 883+ heavy duty screener.

Westminster Waste, based in the heart of London, have carried out major upgrades of their processing plant this year, in partnership with recycling plant builder, Kiverco. As an innovative and fast-moving company, one of their key objectives is zero waste to landfill. The recent upgrades have not only helped achieve this but also enabled them to create a more streamlined and efficient plant that produces high-quality end-products.
