German Company Create a New Product With Kiverco Recycling Plant

Like many waste processing companies throughout Europe, German company, Recycling Park Dorndorf Gmbh (RPD GmbH), were faced with some challenges due to the introduction of new legislation. They reacted by changing their technology to improve quality, ensuring their products would be of an acceptable standard for export and resale. This was achieved through the installation of a Kiverco recycling plant, where they were also able to increase capacity and the add a new fines product to their range, thereby increasing their profits.

Remondis Successful Redevelopment of Waste Facility in Collaboration with Kiverco

This year, Remondis approached Kiverco with requirements to redevelop one of their Construction & Demolition Recycling facilities in Co. Durham which was previously owned by JBT Waste Service. Part of the brief was that they required a higher level of automation, wanted to reduce manpower and improve the quality of the job in the sorting and picking stations.

Kiverco Appoint New General Manager

kco-0127In 2018, Kiverco were delighted to welcome Paul Carolan as their new General Manager. Paul has come from a background in Production and Operations Management. With a degree in Business & Languages, he began his career in Powerscreen and CDE before joining Keystone Lintels where he spent 16 years. While there, he was responsible for 200 employees and this provided him with invaluable experience in people management along with experience in various departments such as product development and continuous improvement.
