Paul has come from a background in Production and Operations Management. With a degree in Business & Languages, he began his career in Powerscreen and CDE before joining Keystone Lintels where he spent 16 years. While there, he was responsible for 200 employees and this provided him with invaluable experience in people management along with experience in various departments such as product development and continuous improvement. Anne McKiver, Managing Director at Kiverco says, “We have always appreciated our people and strongly believe that without them we wouldn’t have achieved the success we have. It is therefore important to us, to invest in our people by developing and nurturing their skills. With his people orientated approach, Paul was tasked with bringing the Kiverco team forward through coaching and personal development. He has certainly hit the ground running and thanks to him we are now already well on our road to implementing all of this.
