Kiverco Helps Jones’ Skips Increase Waste Volume Treated

Jones Skip Wolverhampton Ltd is one of the West Midlands leading waste management services working with clients throughout the West Midlands conurbation.

This is a family business which started from modest beginnings way back in 1998. The company ethos is simple - “To Achieve Success Built Upon First Class Service and 100% Reliability!”

Over the years Jones Skip Wolverhampton Ltd has grown in size and are handling an increased number of waste streams: a mix of construction, demolition and commercial waste is processed daily, fed by a modern fleet of both skip loader and hooklift lorries.

The Challenge
With an increase in business leading to ever larger volumes of waste, Jones Skip Wolverhampton Ltd needed a new recycling facility. The facility would have to combine the processing of both commercial waste, as well as adding a fines treatment plant.

The Solution

With the company’s ethos of 100% reliability firmly in mind, Jones visited several sites, assessing the capabilities of different plant manufacturers. They recognised that Kiverco plant was the leader in the waste processing industry, as Kiverco only applies the latest design and technologies. Combined with its robust build and engineering quality, such as the Kiverco conveyors and its modular design, Jones got exactly what they wanted: a extremely well designed and robustly built plant which utilises the latest in technology and uses the sturdiest components, such as heavy duty rollers, bearings and drum shafts, giving the customer maximum output, with minimum downtime.

The Kiverco design has also made best use of the space available, and has allowed the company to streamline all waste activities. The Kiverco plant is situated along the Northern and Western boundaries of the site which releases the maximum amount of space for vehicle movements, and storage.

The plant processes 8 different waste streams, with an 85% + recovery rate and working towards 100 % - Zero to Landfill.

Andy Yeomans, Business Development Manager, Jones Skip Hire commented:

"We were very impressed with Kiverco’s design as soon as we saw it. The installation team was fantastic. We felt in safe hands. We are very happy with our Kiverco Plant and are delighted with the After Sales service. The investment represents excellent value for money”.

John Lines, Sales & Marketing Director, Kiverco Ltd commented:

"I am delighted that Jones Skip a Wolverhampton Ltd are happy with their Kiverco Plant. With every installation, we strive to complete the installation in as quick a timescale as possible, coupled with as little disruption to the customer”.
