Enniskillen’s Skip Services Invest in Kiverco Plant

Established near Enniskillen, Northern Ireland by Declan Leonard in the early 1990s, Skip Services now handles an ever increasing volume of waste for both national and regional companies.

A key objective of Skip Services is to offer a comprehensive range of services to their customers, ensuring the business can supply the complete package, whatever their waste requirements. Recognising this, Declan decided to invest in a new Materials Recycling Facility.

Several plant builders were approached, but after careful consideration realised that Kiverco’s plant surpassed all the competition. He explains:

“Kiverco are excellent at what they do. From the initial contact through to plant installation, the Kiverco team have excelled. The quality of the plant is outstanding. They delivered, exactly as promised, on time with no disruption to my day to day operation.”

Kiverco’s Technical Sales Manager, Kenny Hull, outlines the plant:

“We incorporated the plant into Skip Service’s existing building. The plant consists of a 4.0 metre Belt Feeder, a KL820 Trommel screening out the 0 to 50 mm fines. The oversize material is conveyed to a 6 bay double sided picking station. An overband magnet is situated at the end of the picking area. This installation has enabled Skip Services to adapt to varying waste streams now, and in the future.”
