Con la celebración de Remondis del primer aniversario de la inauguración oficial de su nueva solución de reciclaje Kiverco, el doctor en medicina Steve Patterson dijo que no podía ni imaginar lo mucho que la empresa acabaría dependiendo de la planta en sus primeros 12 meses, como resultado de la crisis de la COVID-19.

“Gracias a nuestra planta Kiverco, que apenas acaba de celebrar su primer aniversario, hemos salido adelante durante toda la cuarentena. La planta ha sido la espina dorsal que nos ha sostenido para atravesar estos tiempos críticos y hemos confiado en ella para continuar prestando un servicio a nuestros clientes clave, que es esencial”, dijo el Sr. Patterson.

Kiverco had just installed a new recycling solution in time for Fresh Start Waste Services to help a local council deal with the increase in waste accumulated during COVID-19 lockdown.

Like many waste processing companies throughout Europe, German company, Recycling Park Dorndorf Gmbh (RPD GmbH), were faced with some challenges due to the introduction of new legislation. They reacted by changing their technology to improve quality, ensuring their products would be of an acceptable standard for export and resale. This was achieved through the installation of a Kiverco recycling plant, where they were also able to increase capacity and the add a new fines product to their range, thereby increasing their profits.

This year, Remondis approached Kiverco with requirements to redevelop one of their Construction & Demolition Recycling facilities in Co. Durham which was previously owned by JBT Waste Service. Part of the brief was that they required a higher level of automation, wanted to reduce manpower and improve the quality of the job in the sorting and picking stations.

This week, recycling solutions provider, Kiverco, launch their modular Picking Station at Pol Eco System, Poland in partnership with their new distributor. With growing sales across Europe, Kiverco have recently expanded their European distributor network with the appointment of Arcon Polska.

Here at Kiverco, we are eagerly making preparations to unveil a new, innovative product on Stand B2, at Let’s Recycle Live on the 22nd-23rd May 2019.  This new machine will be a “game changer” for operators in the recycling market and will change the way companies process waste. Over the years, Kiverco’s product design has constantly evolved with the many changes in the marketplace and this new product has been designed to give operators a lot more versatility and encourage them to think differently about the equipment they use in the recycling process.
